Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
