What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture and hardware?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items or custom hardware orders, delivery may take between 2-3 weeks depending on your location and freight availability.
Do you offer international shipping for home improvement products?
Currently, Solid Solutions ships within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor and fixtures?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made installations and used hardware are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Solid Solutions products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship to ensure your home remains in top condition.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, we are unable to make changes, but you can initiate a return once the item arrives.
